Directions from the A1M
Leave the A1 at Junction 61. At the top of the slip road, take exit towards Bowburn A177.
Stay on this road until you see a sign for the A181, located in Shincliffe Village, turn right here.
Stay on this road, you will eventually come to a village signposted Castle Eden. Drive through this until you see a sign for Blackhall Colliery B1281. Turn left onto this road, stay on it and you will see the signs for Tweddle Farm.
Directions from the A19
Take the A181 junction on the A19 marked Castle Eden. Follow the signs for Blackhall Colliery and Tweddle Farm.
